Costs:
Home Users: £40.00 call out charge which includes the first hour then £12.50 per 1/2 hour thereafter + the cost of any parts required, inclusive of VAT
Business Users: £50.00 call out charge which includes the first hour then £25.00 per 1/2 hour thereafter + the cost of any parts required, exclusive of VAT
Onsite maintenance contracts
A maintenance contract helps you to reduce the cost of your I.T. and allows you to budget in advance.
Our monthly based maintenance contract means if we fail to live up to what we say we can do you can cancel the contract with just one months notice. This ensures we support you effectivley and, as time is our money, we endeavour to fix your problem as quickly as possible. For the same reason we don't want to return to fix the same problem again so when we fix a problem - it stays fixed.
We keep our pricing simple. Multiply the cost of the service level you wish to enjoy by the total number of PC's, Laptops and Servers for your total monthly price. There are discounts avilable for large numbers of units and charitable organisations. You can even cover PC's at home.
