We gaurantee to respond to computer faults within the response time your company has paid for. Our response may include any or all of the following options; by e-mail, remote access, telephone and a site visit. We will deal with jobs in priority order.

Your support contract does NOT include: Emergency call outs, Parts, Training, Installation of new systems or software, cabling and the disposal of equipment.
